AABS staff will review the application to make sure it is complete and assign a file number. If the application is not complete, AABS may contact you to request more information. If you do not provide the missing information by the specified time, AABS will not go ahead with your claim.
Once AABS assigns a file number to the application, AABS will contact the other party by sending them a Notice of Application and will ask them to respond to the claim.
Note: Documents you submit to the tribunal are available to the public on request subject to limited exceptions.
